A Friend Comes at Midnight
And He said to them, “Which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at midnight and say to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; and he will answer from within and say, ‘Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give to you’? Hello everyone out there. I'm sorry I have negleceted this blog in postings, but rest assured not in prayer. I have prayed for the people listed here and I can't wait when the answers start pouring in about salvation so we can begin gloryfying or great Father for His love and hearing of our prayers.
I hope that this will be my last week back in the work force, and I will be back home with my little bugaboo with a refreshed attitude of gratitude about being a SAHM and homemaker. I have so many ideas floating around about organizing and running our home.
I would like to encourage any of you out there to continue to seek the Lord for the lost and please leave their names here. I really hope that by the end of 2009 I have at least 1000 souls in need of salvation represented on this blog. Sometimes I think we don't see great movements of God in our lives because we don't EXPECT great movements of God in our lives. I am expecting HIM to answer our prayers on this site and save our loved ones (and our enemies).
The signs of the end times are EVERYWHERE, and it won't be long before the chapter on the church age and the age of grace is closed, and the door is forever shut. We must seek out the lost with great urgency and share the good news of Jesus Christ with them before it is too late.
meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains, that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. Father,
Thank you so much for these two wonderful ladies who love you and want to serve you. Father I give a hearty Amen to Tracy's most beautifula and heartfealt cry for the souls listed here. Lord, you do know each of them intimately and only you know exactly what they need to hear and who they need to hear it from in order to be moved by the Holy Spirit to a point of convictiion, repentance, and salvation. I pray your will be done in each of their lives and salvation would come to them for Your name and renown.

I thought you had a email here for 1,000 souls but did not find one nor over there, nor in my contacts from previous M4M...so...
Blessings Amanda...And such an URGENCY for the LOST and the many that need salvation!!! I recall when I left home in MN, back in mid 90s, I had that same URGENCY for the many that would perish and a FIRE to see both loved ones at home & unknown souls come to know Jesus!
I wish I had positive praise reports on any of the souls I added to your list, but you never know. I have believed all these years for their souls, and so I stand in faith, not knowing or understanding what God or they may choose to do, but trusting in the effectual fervent prayers for their return or salvation for them.
This passage that you share should awaken many of us at midnight & yet where are the many that should be PRAYING! Where are the souls that need salvation? Surely each and every blogger knows someone who needs Jesus!!!
So, I will pray that they WAKE & come to share in this great MISSION!!! I will believe that you will have a list of 1,000 and from that list 1,000 will come to know, accept & believe in the Lord Jesus Christ! I wish I had the statistics for how many here in Mazatlan, but the count is still out and there are a couple more days & then we may see some of the results, but seeds are being planted & God is looking to & fro for the many that need to come to Him as the ONE WAY! I know & believe that Jesus saves & Heaven will hear us! Bless you on this great MISSION!
